Our Story

Bermuda sod is the classic “golf-course” style turf — a warm-season grass that thrives in full sun (think ~6 hours or more of direct sunlight daily) and tolerates heavy foot traffic, heat, and drought like a champ. It grows via both stolons and rhizomes, forming a dense, carpet-like mat that recovers quickly from wear.

Meyer zoysia features a slightly wider blade compared to some other zoysias, with very good cold tolerance and solid durability. It prefers full sunlight but handles partial shade better than some grasses, making it a versatile choice for southern yards with a mix of sun and shade. 

Emerald zoysia is prized for its fine-bladed texture and rich blue-green color that gives a luxurious, lawn-carpet effect. It tolerates partial shade better than many warm-season grasses, though it’s somewhat less hardy in extreme cold than Meyer, so it performs best in moderately sheltered southern regions.
